The T mount is a common lens mount for and other optical assemblies. This thinner 18mm thick, used for applications involving filter of the image sensor. The front side of the EF adapter ring to lock the lens in place and pins to contact with the pads on the lens. The back side is a M42x0.75 metric threaded screw mount which threads into a camera lens mount.
