Orders typically ship within 3-5 days from the time an order is placed. Any backordered items will be communicated to the customer ASAP, usually during the quoting process.

All sales are final. Product received damaged or defective must be reported within 5 business days upon receiving your order. Unauthorized returns are not accepted. Please reach out to your Lore Tech sales representative for an RMA if a return is required. All returns must be received in original packaging with all accessories and manuals included.
