A United States Navy Veteran, Danny is an energetic leader with a record of excelling in challenging situations and bringing positive change to organizations. A respected professional with significant experience in leadership, risk management, and a wide range of Cybersecurity topics, Danny has over 5 years of in depth experience in cyber Security. Danny has consistently been recognized as a standard of excellence, and often sought out as an advisor for his merits in relationship building, problem solving, and goal accomplishment.
Justin QuinnCo-Founder
A United States Navy Veteran, Justin has over 15 years of experience in the Navy with leadership in coastal security, cyber warfare, and readiness. Justin has a Master’s Degree in Engineering from Old Dominion University, a Dual Bachelor of Science in Engineering and Business Administration, a Master’s of Business Administration from MIT, and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from St. Louis University. He has experience as an attorney, a chief strategy officer, a managing partner for investment funds, an engineering department manager, and a chief executive officer for an architectural planning company.
Maryann NisperosChief Operating Officer
MaryAnn is a management professional who brings over 10 years of experience to her role as Chief Operating Officer. She uses her natural business and management sense to coordinate employee development, technology integration and solution development. An effective communicator and motivator, MaryAnn leverages assets in teammates to reach organizational goals. As a native San Diegan, MaryAnn enjoys tacos at the beach.
Brian Jae Austin IIContent Creator
Brian is a recent University of North Florida graduate with a degree in Digital Video Production. He has experience in large projects such as news productions as well as solo projects consisting of documentaries and promotional videos. Being behind the camera, he has excellent directing and communication skills to keep every project running smoothly. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, jiu jitsu, and boxing.
Hector BacasehuaShipping & Recieving
Hector brings over 10 years of hands-on experience in shipping and receiving to his role at Lore Technology. He holds an Associate’s degree in Electrical Engineering, which gives him a strong understanding of the electronic components and imaging equipment that pass through the warehouse every day. Hector takes pride in handling every order with care and accuracy so customers receive the right products on time. Outside of work, he enjoys surfing, 3D modeling, and repairing electronics.
Jacob EstradaVideo Editor
Jacob is a seasoned video editor with more than a decade of experience in video production, bringing a keen eye for storytelling, pacing, and detail to every project. Alongside work in post-production, Jacob built a strong technical foundation working in consumer electronics and IT support, which gives them a practical understanding of the equipment, software, and workflows behind modern video work. That technical grounding is backed by an associate’s degree in Information Systems and Networking. Outside of editing, Jacob is passionate about photography, videography, and computers, and enjoys exploring how things work. Whether behind the camera, at the editing desk, or troubleshooting a tricky piece of tech, Jacob approaches each challenge with curiosity and a commitment to quality.
Olivia Estrada-SheptockWeb Development, Marketing, Operations
Olivia has been in the vision industry for 20 years. In her varied roles, she has built a depth of product knowledge and created strong vendor and client relationships that contribute to her efficiency and success in our team. Olivia has a Master's Degree in English from NU, a B.A. in Political Science from UC San Diego, and a Master's Degree in Film & Media Studies from ASU. In her free time she enjoys cooking, sitting in a sauna, gardening, snorkeling, laying on the beach, reading, traveling, spending time with friends and family, watching movies, going to Padre games, roller skating, and going to concerts.
Ireanna HaysAccounts Receivable & Administrative Assistance
Ireanna has a wealth of experience providing excellent customer service. She has several years of experience as a team lead that she’s found to be highly useful in adapting to her administrative role. She works fast and efficiently to ensure every client is always updated on order status and billing information. Outside of work, Ireanna enjoys church volunteer work on Sundays, cooking, trying any new food, and working on a Psychology degree.
Ben Hessetechnician, Engineering Team
Ben Hesse holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from San Diego State University. His path into precision engineering started hands-on, building and fabricating cages and reinforcements for professional race cars and wiring engines as a race car mechanic. From there he moved into CNC machining, producing precision parts on mills and lathes for various high tech industries. That blend of fabrication know how and machining precision is what he brings to the team at Wilco Imaging and Lore Technology, where his hands-on, build-it-yourself approach helps drive the company's custom camera and imaging work. Outside of work, Ben is an avid surfer and motorcycle rider who also loves camping and hiking with his wife and their dog, Sue.
Steven NolteEngineer Lead
Steven brings over 16 years of experience in aerospace machining and precision manufacturing to his role as an engineer at Lore Technology. For the past 6+ years, he has focused specifically on the machine vision industry, working on customized vision systems that blend precision engineering with practical, real-world application. Steven is also a certified watch-maker, a background that reflects his exacting attention to detail and hands-on approach to intricate work. Outside of work, Steven has a wide range of interests, including drumming, jewelry making, woodworking, motorcycling, and high-performance track driving.
Andre PaigeSales Representative
Andre K. Paige has a wealth of experience in sales and client relations in the electronics industry. He prides himself on his ability to be attentive to every client he works with and in his ability to find a solution for any application. Having gone through extensive machine vision training he is able to offer informed and researched solutions, and he still works tirelessly to be informed and educated on machine vision technology through ongoing technical training. Outside of work, Andre likes to spend time with family, workout, cook, and read self development books.

Neil Patton is a San Diego native with over 10 years of customer experience. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and has a passion for understanding the details of everything he works on. Neil has a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service in various industries, including automotive, gaming, and retail. He has excellent communication skills, enabling him to effectively engage with individuals at all levels of an organization. Neil's commitment to ongoing education and professional development has enabled him to stay ahead of industry trends and provide cutting-edge support to his customers. In his free time, Neil enjoys fishing, snowboarding, bowling, traveling, and working on cars.
Jennifer SousaPurchasing Agent
Jennifer has over 16 years of experience in client relations and customer service. Her positive attitude and upbeat outlook make her a pleasure to work with while strengthening vendor relations. Jennifer works to ensure stock levels are maintained, and always seeks to stay ahead of any part or global shortages. When she’s not busy at work, Jennifer finds joy in watching her kids play sports, doing puzzles with the family, reading historical fiction and thrillers, traveling, and being outdoors as much as possible!
Darlene Theriault Sr. Account Executive
Darlene has worked in the electronic/ vision industries for over 36 years. She enjoys getting to know people and helping them find solutions for their projects. Building strong relationships with clients and vendors is very important to her. Darlene is an artist and photographer. She has also worked with many animal rescue organizations over the past 30 years and helped to save many animals, especially those foster failures!
