Overview

What is PowerStack?

PowerStack modular solar poles provide a sustainable, cost-effective way to power safety, security, and smart technologies for community and business projects. Deployed wherever the sun shines — no AC power required.

Intelligent & Powerful

Up to 720W of monocrystalline solar modules with glassless panels that eliminate refraction and increase energy absorption. Smart solar tracking via Bluetooth and 4G.

Built to Last

Industrial-grade aluminum construction withstands winds over 155 mph (Category 5 hurricane). Glassless solar modules are shatterproof, flame-resistant, and vandal-resistant.

Rapid Deployment

Installed by a two-person team in under 60 minutes using hand-operated tools. Concrete-free micropile foundation requires no excavation, no crane, no heavy machinery.

Modular 4-Sided Design

Captures sunlight from 360 degrees throughout the day. Modules scale to your location's latitude and load — typically more panels needed as you move further north.

Reliable 5-Day Backup

LiFePO4 battery storage with 5-day power backup engineered for mid-winter conditions. MPPT charge control with proprietary battery management ensures 24/7 uptime year-round.

Technology Agnostic

Easily integrates with a wide range of technologies and brands. Powers CCTV, Wi-Fi, IoT sensors, lighting, emergency systems, and mobile charging — any payload, any vendor.

Solar Reimagined

Why Vertical Solar?

PowerStack's vertical design overcomes the limitations of traditional flat solar — especially when the sun is lower in the sky during winter months, when conventional panels harvest almost nothing.

Traditional Flat Solar

  • Minimal yield when sun is low in winter sky
  • Heavy steel poles with unsightly panel and battery box on top
  • High wind drag — structural and vibration risks
  • Bird droppings and nesting obscure panels
  • Requires working at heights for installation
  • Fixed capacity — cannot add panels after install

PowerStack Vertical Solar

  • Maximum yield all day, even in winter conditions
  • Fully integrated, sleek profile — no separate battery box
  • Vertical profile vastly reduces wind drag
  • Animal-proof vertical design limits nesting interference
  • Lightweight — installed at ground level, no working at heights
  • Modular 4-sided design — add panels to scale capacity

Rapid Deployment

Installed in Under 60 Minutes

No crane. No excavation. No utility coordination. A two-person team can deploy a PowerStack pole start-to-finish using only hand-operated tools.

1

Foundation

A concrete-free micropile foundation is jackhammered into the ground. The base plate is then attached — no trenching or utility approval required.

2

Pole & Payload

Chosen technology (cameras, lighting, Wi-Fi, etc.) is attached to the pole. The hinged base is secured to the base plate at ground level.

3

Raise & Secure

The pole is winched into position using a powered winch system and power drill, then bolted to the base plate. Ready for power in minutes.

Up to 80% reduction in project deployment time vs. traditional grid-powered installation.
